To ensure the preferred service and time is available we advise booking in advance.
Please note that a credit card is required when making a treatment or spa package booking.
Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to complete a spa consultation form. We recommend arriving up to 30 minutes prior to your treatment to relax and change, please enquire at reception for robe, towel and slipper hire. Please be advised that late arrivals may result in a reduction of treatment time.
If you have reserved a day package you will be given a full orientation tour of the spa.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies of injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation.
We highly recommend use of the spa facilities to maximize the benefits of your treatment and enhance your relaxation experience. The following facilities are available to use during your time at Utopia Spa.
Indoor Plunge Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Outdoor Hot Tub and Experience Pool (summer months only) and relaxation lounge.
Please note that treatments and spa packages include use of the above facilities for the reduced price of £6.50 when you spend £40 or more. Alternatively day passes may be purchased.
A spa menu offering hot and cold light lunches, afternoon tea and refreshments, including fresh juices and smoothies is available throughout the day.
Should you need to change, re-schedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Failure to do so will result in a 50% cancelation charge. Should you cancel less than 24 hours you are subject to a 100% cancelation charge.
All prices are subject to change at any time. Gratuities are not includes and are welcomed at your discretion.
