Welcome to UTOPIA SPA, situated inside the Melville Hall Hotel in Sandown on the Isle of Wight. The Spa offers a full range of facilities including an Indoor Spa Plunge Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Detox Cabin.

We also offer a wide range of treatments ranging from indulgent massages and de-toxifying body wraps to beautifying facials and holistic therapies, all professionally designed to help relax and revitalise. We also offer a selection of packages combining treatments, healthy lunches, feel good smoothies and other indulgences to enhance an overall feeling of luxury, tranquillity and calm.

At UTOPIA SPA we recognise that the mind and body should be treated as one. All of our treatments are carried out by professional, highly trained and caring therapists who will be pleased to guide you to, and tailor treatments most beneficial to you.
